About the role
Nami Beauty is seeking a full-time Admin/Front Desk Support professional to be the first point of contact for clients at its Lagos spa. The role combines reception duties with basic administrative and financial tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and manage the check‑in process
- Answer phones and schedule appointments using the booking calendar
- Process client payments accurately and reconcile daily sales
- Track inventory levels and flag items for reordering
- Maintain client records and appointment data
- Support the Spa Host with operational needs
- Keep the front‑of‑house area clean and welcoming
- Handle client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform end‑of‑day financial reconciliation
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work six days per week, 10 AM – 8 PM
- Prior experience in hospitality, salon, or customer‑facing roles is preferred
- Organized, detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking
