About the role
Riskgator Ltd is a fast‑growing insurance agency seeking a proactive Office Manager to own daily operations, support the sales team, and improve overall efficiency. This role is central to scaling the business and ensuring smooth client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office activities and maintain organized systems.
- Assist the sales team with client onboarding, documentation, and follow‑ups.
- Track policy issuance, renewals, and maintain accurate client records.
- Manage customer service processes and resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor payments, commissions, and basic financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a small, fast‑growing team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
