Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial, accounting, and tax functions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with legal requirements, and contributes to the organization’s overall financial performance. Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general, cost, and subsidiary accounting.
• Prepare, review, and analyse periodic financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyse variances and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee customer invoicing and supplier payments.
• Ensure tax and social compliance, including filings and payments.
• Prepare for internal and external audits and follow up on recommendations.
• Provide detailed financial analyses to support management decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement of internal financial procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting, taxation, and financial analysis.
• Experience with SAP or similar accounting software.
