Field Sales Canvasser (Merchant & Agent Recruiter)

About the role

Esdiac is looking for energetic Field Sales Canvassers to expand its retail partner network across Lagos. You will engage POS operators, phone accessory shops and campus entrepreneurs, introducing them to Esdiac’s international calling credit, global eSIMs and cross‑border data top‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold visits in high‑traffic commercial zones such as Computer Village, trade plazas, university campuses and market hubs.
• Pitch the Esdiac solution to shop owners, guide them through registration on the Esdiac App and ensure they fund an initial wallet.
• Apply Esdiac branding stickers at merchant locations and run live demo transactions to train owners.
• Maintain ongoing contact with recruited outlets to guarantee active daily trading and regular wallet re‑funding.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, canvassing or agent acquisition, preferably in fintech, telecom or FMCG.
• Strong street‑level communication and persuasion abilities, with a knack for handling objections.
• Deep familiarity with Lagos commercial hubs such as Ikeja, Balogun, Alaba, Yaba, Trade Fair and Lagos Island.
• Own a functional Android or iOS smartphone.
