Field Sales Agent – Vehicle Health Platform

About the role

Whipcare is looking for energetic field agents to promote its vehicle health platform across Lagos. You will meet car owners and mechanics in person at petrol stations, car parks and workshops, explaining how the service improves vehicle ownership and encouraging sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Operate within your assigned zone (streets, estates, car parks, workshops) that you already know.
• Onboard approximately 60 vehicle owners each month.
• Onboard around 20 trusted mechanics or service providers per month.
• Activate roughly 20 Vehicle Health Pro subscriptions each month.
• Earn commission on every successful conversion.

Required profile

• Deep familiarity with Lagos neighborhoods and daily routes.
• Proven ability to persuade people face‑to‑face.
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging directly with customers.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to read a room without relying on a script.
