Facility & Inventory Manager

About the role

The Facility & Inventory Manager will oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of our office environment while ensuring all assets and supplies are accurately tracked. This role combines hands‑on facilities oversight with systematic inventory control to support smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional workplace, coordinating repairs and vendor services as needed.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Prepare and submit timely replenishment requests to avoid stockouts.
• Document all purchases, inventory movements, and asset conditions.
• Identify and report any wastage, loss, damage, or discrepancies.
• Support procurement activities and promote cost‑effective resource use.
• Generate regular facility and inventory reports for management review.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in facility management, inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum OND or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Strong organizational, record‑keeping, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
