About the role
We are looking for a Site Engineer to lead on‑site construction activities from substructure through to superstructure, blockwork and finishes. The role involves ensuring strict adherence to design drawings, material control and regulatory compliance on our Lagos projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all site works from substructure to superstructure, including blockwork and finishing trades.
- Interpret construction drawings and guarantee zero deviation on site.
- Reconcile material deliveries and manage site inventory to minimise waste.
- Coordinate subcontractors, artisans and direct labour to meet project timelines.
- Prepare, cross‑check and track daily, weekly and monthly progress reports against the master schedule.
- Liaise with Lagos State Building Control Agency and Lagos State Safety Commission to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum HND qualification in a related engineering field.
- At least 4 years of relevant site engineering experience.
