Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare Bills of Quantities, handle tender preparation and documentation, and estimate construction material quantities and costs. The role also involves monitoring project costs and supporting the project team throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and handle tender documentation.
• Estimate quantities and costs of construction materials.
• Monitor project costs and track design or construction changes.
• Identify and manage financial and construction risks.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, costs, and inventory.
• Collaborate with engineers to manage timelines, materials, and costs.
• Oversee and document the quality and quantity of materials supplied on‑site.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
• Degree in a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both on‑site and in an office environment.
• High level of resilience and strong ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
