Architectural Designer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Building Division in South East England. The role involves overseeing the successful delivery of Build‑to‑Rent, student accommodation and education projects, ensuring quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation on‑site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on Build‑to‑Rent, student accommodation, or education projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
