Facility Assistant

About the role

TSL is looking for a highly organized Facility Assistant to ensure that all of its locations remain safe, functional, and aligned with corporate standards. You will act as the first point of contact for facility requests and support the day‑to‑day operations that keep the workplace running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve facility‑related requests, maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans across all TSL sites.
• Oversee cleanliness, beautification, and safety of the physical environment.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate upgrades, repairs, and workspace improvements with internal teams and external contractors.
• Monitor performance and maintenance of generators, HVAC systems, lighting, and office infrastructure.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, vendor reports, and activity records.
• Support asset tracking, material procurement, and inventory management.
• Prepare regular facility performance and maintenance reports.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc in Facility Management, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or maintenance coordination.
• Professional certifications such as IFMA, BIFM, FMP, HSE Levels 1‑3, PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation are a plus.
