Offshore Survey CSR – Lead Survey Operations

About the role

Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking an experienced Offshore Survey CSR to lead survey operations in Nigeria. The role involves acting as the company representative on offshore projects, ensuring data quality, safety compliance, and supporting a range of marine activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead offshore survey operations as the company representative.
• Review and validate survey data for quality and compliance.
• Ensure HSE standards and safe work practices are followed.
• Support rig/barge positioning, pipeline, seismic, and subsea activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of offshore survey experience.
• SURCON Registration (Nigeria) mandatory.
• Valid TBOSIET/FOET, OGUK Medical, and OSP certifications.
• Strong knowledge of offshore survey systems and team leadership.
