Architecture Studio Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Architecture Studio Lead to head our design studio in Lagos. The role combines senior leadership with hands‑on oversight of architectural projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and compliance with BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards and ensure BIM compliance across all projects.
• Oversee project execution and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Validate site queries, maintain accurate project records, and manage documentation.
• Lead staff performance reviews and support HR initiatives within the studio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM tools.
• Knowledge of Nigerian construction standards.
