Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of MIM Finance Company. The role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth execution of government recruitment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate activities and deadlines for government recruitment projects.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
• Monitor project timelines, follow up on action items and maintain accurate documentation.
• Screen emails, prioritize correspondence and draft professional communications.
• Organise interview schedules and stakeholder meetings.
• Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues proactively.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting C‑suite executives.
• Experience in complex recruitment, government or project‑based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or related field.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com or Trello.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 350,000 to 400,000 per month.
