Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO of Foteino Talento in a fast‑moving retail, fashion and FMCG environment. This role combines high‑level calendar management, business development support and client experience coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel, events and personal commitments.
• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, presentations, minutes and executive summaries.
• Coordinate communications with clients, partners, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Track deadlines, action items, approvals and follow‑ups to ensure timely execution.
• Support commercial activities: identify opportunities, prepare proposals, track pipelines and conduct market research.
• Assist with client appointments, fittings, fashion presentations and brand events.
• Maintain confidential records, filing, scanning and document preparation.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high degree of discretion.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
