Enterprise Sales Executive – Hybrid (Nigeria)

About the role

Our client is seeking a results‑driven Enterprise Sales Executive to acquire and grow enterprise customers in Nigeria. The role involves managing complex B2B sales cycles, building relationships with senior decision‑makers, and delivering revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new enterprise clients across targeted industries.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint target companies, decision‑makers and emerging opportunities.
• Build relationships with C‑suite executives, procurement, finance and other key stakeholders.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales processes from qualification through negotiation, closing and onboarding.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts within approved guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 3–7 years of B2B, enterprise or solution‑based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a performance‑oriented environment.
