Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Social & Paid Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our social media presence and generate qualified leads through paid campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging short‑form video content, manage ad funnels and optimise SEO for our banking and finance services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit and publish short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) using CapCut and Canva.
• Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms, managing comments and community interaction.
• Design graphics and leverage AI video tools to enhance visual content.
• Develop and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok lead‑generation ad campaigns from setup to reporting.
• Build complete ad funnels (ad → landing page → capture → nurture → booked appointment) and promote webinar funnels.
• Support Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance metrics and optimise spend.
• Implement CRM automations, pipelines and lead‑nurture sequences in GoHighLevel, keeping records accurate.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise on‑page SEO and track organic performance via GA4 and Search Console.
• Prepare regular performance reports and maintain process documentation.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in digital, performance or SEO marketing.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads from paid ads with measurable cost‑per‑lead.
• Proficiency in Meta and TikTok ad platforms, including creative testing and optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with video editing (CapCut) and graphic design (Canva).
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
• Experience building automations in GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools.
