Digital Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to lead paid advertising efforts across TikTok, Google, and Meta platforms for our healthcare services. The role focuses on acquiring new patients and driving brand awareness through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop audience targeting and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
• Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research to inform ad copy and creative.
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Implement conversion tracking, pixels and event tracking across platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximise results.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high‑performing assets.
• Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends and best practices.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Proven track record of running and scaling TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Ability to analyse data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
