About the role

We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to drive our online presence in the real‑estate sector. You will craft compelling stories, visuals, and videos that showcase properties and reinforce our brand while engaging audiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, create, edit and publish content for websites, social platforms, email campaigns and video channels.
• Develop and maintain editorial calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage social media strategy, scheduling, community interaction and performance reporting.
• Design on‑brand graphics, presentations and promotional assets.
• Produce, edit and publish short‑form and long‑form video content for property showcases and brand storytelling.
• Plan and execute targeted email newsletters, handling copy, visuals and audience segmentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management and graphic/video production.
• Mid‑level professional with a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and visual design skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt to emerging digital trends.
