About the role
We are looking for a driven and commercially‑minded Dental Sales Representative to join our expanding team. You will promote and sell a range of dental products, preventive‑care solutions, orthodontic equipment, and related services to dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through aggressive sales activities.
- Identify new business opportunities via prospecting, field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Educate customers on preventive‑care workflows and product benefits.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, inquiries, and pending orders to drive conversions.
- Maintain visibility in assigned territories and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and documentation of all activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Therapy, Dental Surgery, Medical Sciences or related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Familiarity with dental clinics, preventive‑care workflows, and dental products.
- Experience in dental product sales, medical sales, or healthcare business development is highly preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.
