About the role

We are looking for a driven and commercially‑minded Dental Sales Representative to join our expanding team. You will promote and sell a range of dental products, preventive‑care solutions, orthodontic equipment, and related services to dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through aggressive sales activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities via prospecting, field visits, networking, and cold calling.
  • Educate customers on preventive‑care workflows and product benefits.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, inquiries, and pending orders to drive conversions.
  • Maintain visibility in assigned territories and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and documentation of all activities.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dental Therapy, Dental Surgery, Medical Sciences or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Familiarity with dental clinics, preventive‑care workflows, and dental products.
  • Experience in dental product sales, medical sales, or healthcare business development is highly preferred.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
