About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead the development and management of our Buy Now Pay Later dealer network across the Rivers region. Reporting to the Regional/Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding dealer coverage, driving sales performance and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers within the assigned territory.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Design and implement dealer sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Provide training and ongoing support on product knowledge, pricing and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate dealer operations, branding and compliance.
- Resolve dealer issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Analyse sales data to uncover growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends and competitor activity.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, pricing structures and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting and market analysis.
