About the role
We are looking for a Sales Acquisition Manager to lead the expansion of our shop model into new cities across Nigeria. The role involves overseeing the complete launch cycle—from market research and merchant onboarding to preparing stores for sales‑assistant deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new cities within the assigned region.
- Conduct market research on phone markets, commercial hubs and key‑account stores.
- Build and maintain relationships with local merchants and partners.
- Drive store onboarding, system registration and negotiate cooperation terms with store owners or brands.
- Ensure stores meet installment business requirements and are ready for sales‑assistant deployment.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers/Regional Managers for sales‑assistant assignment.
- Track first‑sale performance of newly onboarded stores.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or channel development, preferably in POS, fintech or mobile sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local Nigerian markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
