Customer Support / Sales Onboarding Agent (Hausa‑Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support / Sales Onboarding Agent who speaks Hausa to guide customers through the onboarding process for products they have purchased. The role is based in Maryland, Lagos and operates in a fast‑paced call‑center environment with 24/7 rotational shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone or approved communication channels.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step through the onboarding process.
• Resolve basic inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Accurately capture and document customer information.
• Meet daily and weekly onboarding, quality, and productivity targets.
• Follow call scripts, onboarding procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and QA to improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hausa.
• Ability to work 24‑hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Residence in Maryland, Lagos or nearby environs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or call‑center systems.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy for data entry.
• Basic computer literacy.
