Cold Caller – Student Recruitment for Canadian Education

About the role

We are looking for an experienced cold caller to support student recruitment for Canadian educational institutions. The role involves outbound outreach, lead generation and appointment setting with prospective international students, agents and partners, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective international students interested in studying in Canada via phone, email, WhatsApp and CRM.
• Engage with education agents, partners and institutional stakeholders to generate and qualify leads.
• Guide prospective students through early-stage application and enrollment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with Canadian education requirements, visa processes and institution offerings.
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to optimise conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, admissions or student recruitment.
• Preferably direct experience with the Canadian education market.
• Strong outbound communication and sales ability.
• Experience working with international students or education agencies.
• Target-driven and comfortable in a KPI-focused environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
