Corporate Finance Analyst (Investment Associate Level)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst at the Investment Associate level to support our strategic finance initiatives. The role involves rigorous financial analysis, modelling, and advisory work to drive investment decisions and corporate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to inform corporate strategy, investment decisions, and business planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, valuation, budgeting and scenario analysis.
• Analyse financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess performance and identify trends.
• Assist in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital‑raising opportunities.
• Prepare pitch‑deck documents for deal sourcing and support board presentations, investor reports and strategic planning materials.
• Perform competitor analysis and market benchmarking to shape financial strategy.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, operations and strategy teams.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate finance or capital markets.
• Degree in economics, accounting, banking & finance or a related field.
• SEC sponsorship is an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis and valuation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CFA, ICAN or similar certifications are a plus.
