Content Manager

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a creative Content Manager to shape the brand’s voice across multiple channels. You will turn complex financial products into simple, engaging stories that resonate with millions of Nigerians.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling copy for campaigns, social media, ads, website, scripts and lifecycle communications.
• Translate loan, savings, card and SME product features into relatable user benefits.
• Develop fresh campaign ideas and adapt content for digital platforms including email, push notifications and web pages.
• Support performance marketing with conversion‑focused copy while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage the content calendar, brief designers and videographers, and review assets for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with influencers, UGC creators and agencies as needed.
• Utilise AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting and optimisation, and track content performance to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting or marketing communications.
• Strong storytelling and campaign ideation skills.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Proven experience creating content for digital channels.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Fintech, banking or consumer brand experience is a plus.
