Content Creator – Social Media & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging digital assets for our social media platforms and support our marketing campaigns. The role involves producing high‑quality graphics, short‑form videos, and written copy that strengthen our brand presence in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Create graphics, reels, short videos and promotional materials using creative tools.
• Capture and edit photos and videos during company events, training sessions and customer success stories.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, email copy and promotional text.
• Monitor social media trends and propose ideas to grow online presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong photography, videography and video‑editing abilities.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and think creatively.
• Residence in or near Satellite Town, Lagos.
• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is an advantage.
