Content Creator – Digital Banking

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to join Irecharge Tech Innovations Ltd’s digital banking team in Lagos. You will be responsible for producing engaging written, graphic and short‑form video content that promotes the bank’s products and services across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality written, graphic and video content that promotes the bank’s products, services, campaigns and brand.
• Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies, product launches and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage online communities by responding to enquiries, comments and messages while fostering meaningful engagement.
• Build and grow communities through interactive campaigns, financial‑education content, live sessions, contests and other initiatives.
• Monitor brand mentions, customer sentiment, competitor activities and emerging trends, recommending proactive communication strategies.
• Track content performance and social‑media metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product and Communications teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
• Escalate customer complaints and reputational issues to relevant internal teams for timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, English or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social‑media management, community management or digital communications.
• Proven ability to create engaging written, graphic and short‑form video content for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms, audience engagement strategies and digital analytics.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and customer‑focused communication skills.
• Creative, analytical and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced digital banking environment.
