Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day site operations for our hospitality projects in Lagos, ensuring that all building activities meet quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings.
• Monitor project progress and enforce timeline adherence.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors and site workers.
• Maintain quality control across all construction stages.
• Oversee finishing works to achieve high standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on‑site.
• Report project updates to management.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in building and civil construction.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, especially finishing works.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, project tools).
• Experience in swimming‑pool construction is an advantage.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of NGN 200,000 (negotiable based on experience)
