Construction Manager – Onshore Pipeline Projects

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead onshore pipeline and station construction projects, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery while meeting quality and regulatory standards. You will coordinate construction teams, stakeholders, and contractors from mobilization through commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Project Execution Plans, monitor progress, and document lessons learned.
• Create detailed construction schedules, manage labor, material, and equipment mobilization, and maintain look‑ahead plans.
• Lead HSE and Quality Assurance implementation, close corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Define team roles, motivate construction crews, and conduct regular coordination meetings.
• Act as the PMC construction representative, manage constructability reviews, and document scope changes.
• Track productivity and schedule performance, investigate underperformance, and implement process improvements.
• Oversee load‑out, fabrication, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and ensure timely handover to commissioning teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in oil & gas construction projects with strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with EPC contractors and clients.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
