Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive who partners with the CEO, Board and investors to safeguard Renmoney’s financial strength while driving sustainable growth. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the CFO leads Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Procurement, Investor Relations and Regulatory Reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to the CEO, Board and Executive Committee on all financial and strategic matters.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management across the organisation.
• Develop and execute funding, capital and treasury strategies to ensure liquidity and optimal capital structure.
• Provide insightful management reporting, profitability analysis and return‑on‑capital metrics for products, channels and customer segments.
• Oversee tax, procurement, regulatory reporting and investor relations functions.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance organisation that delivers timely insights and supports strategic ambitions.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience with at least 15 years in senior finance leadership roles.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, capital optimisation and stakeholder management within banking or financial services.
• Strong ability to influence board‑level decisions and drive a culture of accountability and transparency.
• Experience leading large finance teams and managing complex regulatory environments.
