Performance & Controls Manager

About the role

As the Project Performance & Controls Manager you will lead integrated planning, risk, cost and resource control functions across complex, high‑impact projects, ensuring structured delivery, performance tracking and governance excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning, risk, cost and resource control across multi‑sector projects.
• Ensure structured delivery, performance tracking and governance excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• PMP certification (mandatory) with 7–10+ years of hands‑on experience in project controls, planning and performance management.
• Proven delivery track record in industries such as construction, energy, oil & gas, FMCG, commodities, manufacturing or agriculture; consulting experience with Big 4 or strategy firms is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
