Business Development Manager – Restaurant & Hospitality

About the role

Coinbox Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for its premium restaurant and hospitality portfolio in Lagos. You will lead efforts to secure corporate accounts, strategic partnerships and high‑value VIP clientele while enhancing brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, prospect, negotiate and close new corporate accounts, strategic partnerships and VIP clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate organisations, event planners and key stakeholders.
• Drive sales across corporate dining, private events and other revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Design and implement marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events and corporate engagements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates.
• Collaborate with operations and management to ensure excellent client service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in restaurant, hospitality, hotel or luxury services.
• Proven track record of securing corporate accounts and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong understanding of hospitality sales, CRM and growth strategies.
• Experience executing both digital and offline marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
