Programmes Coordinator

About the role

The Programmes Coordinator will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering exceptional programmes and experiences that enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention within a premium hospitality and private members' club environment. You will curate educational, business, networking, social and lifestyle experiences aligned with the organisation's brand and membership strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop programme concepts, annual calendars and success metrics based on market research and member insights.
• Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, budgets, vendor coordination and on‑site execution for leadership sessions, workshops, networking experiences and social programmes.
• Build and nurture relationships with members, speakers, partners and vendors to drive engagement and loyalty.
• Negotiate partnership and sponsorship opportunities while ensuring cost‑effective delivery.
• Support membership operations by handling registrations, RSVP processes, attendance tracking and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in programme or event management within luxury hospitality, lifestyle or membership services.
• Proven track record of delivering premium member experiences and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and sponsorships.
• Excellent stakeholder, partner and vendor management capabilities.
