Brand and Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Naija Liquor is seeking a highly creative and commercially‑minded Brand and Digital Marketing Executive to lead consumer‑facing marketing initiatives. You will own the brand’s digital presence, drive engagement, and contribute to revenue growth across social platforms and partnership channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Own Naija Liquor’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Build and manage content calendars, creative direction, recurring formats, captions and calls‑to‑action.
• Establish and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, DJs, celebrities and cultural communities.
• Negotiate paid, gifted, barter and organic collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Drive user‑generated content initiatives such as reviews, unboxing videos and celebration posts.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns around products, seasonal events, sports and Nigerian cultural moments.
• Create and execute customer retention, segmentation, loyalty and cross‑selling programmes via WhatsApp, email and other channels.

Required profile

• Highly creative with a strong commercial mindset.
• Analytical, comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and marketing metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in approaching creators, brands and potential partners.
• Deeply connected to Nigerian entertainment, nightlife and popular culture.
• Resourceful, organised, proactive and able to own execution.
