About the role
Vgn Network is looking for a dedicated Mixer to join its bakery team in Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing doughs, batters and other mixes while ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
- Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor mixing times and temperatures to guarantee consistency.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Required profile
- Minimum BCS (or equivalent) qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar mixing or bakery role.
Required skills
- Operation of industrial mixing equipment.
- Accurate measurement and proportioning of ingredients.
- Ability to monitor and adjust mixing times and temperatures.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
