Architecture Studio Lead

Swift Consulting is seeking an Architecture Studio Lead to head design operations for a leading architectural practice in Lagos. The role combines strategic leadership, project oversight, and quality assurance to ensure delivery of high‑standard built‑environment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards and ensure BIM compliance across all design outputs.
• Oversee multiple projects, coordinating closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Validate site queries, keep accurate project records, and manage documentation flow.
• Lead staff performance reviews and support HR initiatives to develop the studio talent pool.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian construction standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Extensive experience with BIM workflows.
