Regional Facilities Manager – Lagos

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking a dynamic Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and development of its facilities across the Lagos region. You will be responsible for ensuring that offices, branches and repair centres are functional, safe and aligned with the company’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of all Moniepoint facilities in the region.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards and internal policies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes to proactively address issues.
• Lead workspace planning, space optimisation and architectural layout development.
• Create and present 3D drawings and renderings to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient facility layouts.
• Drive property acquisition efforts, including purchases and leases, in partnership with the Legal Unit.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented professional with proven experience in facilities management.
• Strong expertise in space planning, architectural design and translating concepts into actionable 3D drawings.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety and regulatory compliance for commercial properties.
