About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Amadeus Specialist who will lead travel and tour sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in the Amadeus GDS with proven business development skills to attract both individual and corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain travel clients, focusing on corporate accounts.
- Manage end‑to‑end bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, tours) using Amadeus and other platforms.
- Identify, pitch, and secure high‑value travel contracts and customized packages.
- Create targeted promotions and travel packages for diverse customer segments.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and conversions.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative travel solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Submit weekly performance and marketing reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales, marketing or business development.
- Demonstrated success in closing corporate travel deals and expanding client portfolios.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, customer‑first mindset and ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Amadeus GDS and other major travel booking systems.
