About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join Noborders Travels and Tours in Lagos. In this full‑time, hybrid position you will drive new business, craft personalised travel packages and ensure an exceptional experience for our Nigerian clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the travel market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Respond to client enquiries, design customised travel itineraries and close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into booked trips.
- Stay up‑to‑date with travel trends, destination information and company services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any post‑sale issues.
Required profile
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead generation and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse client interactions.
- Strong organisational talent to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of the travel industry and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
- Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using CRM software for client management.
