About the role
The Administrative and Programmes Assistant will support the daily operations of Happy Heads Foundation in Surulere, Lagos. This full‑time, on‑site position combines administrative duties with programme coordination to help deliver the foundation’s education, health and community development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including schedule coordination, documentation management, and report preparation.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring programmes and projects.
- Conduct research to inform programme development and implementation.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, partners, and team members.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the foundation’s activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a nonprofit or programme coordination role is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
