Accommodation Supervisor – Staff Housing Management

About the role

The Accommodation Supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of staff housing, camps, hostels and apartments for NJZC International Construction in Lagos. You will lead a team, ensure facilities are well‑maintained and provide a safe, clean living environment for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise accommodation operations, including staff housing, camps, hostels and apartments.
• Lead and manage accommodation officers, attendants, cleaners and support staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Inspect facilities regularly, report defects and coordinate timely maintenance and repairs.
• Approve and coordinate room allocations, transfers, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Monitor housekeeping standards and sanitation to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage accommodation assets such as furniture, appliances and keys, conducting periodic inventories.
• Address employee accommodation concerns, resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accommodation or facilities management.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a related field.
