About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth staff coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with scheduling, task allocation, and preparing daily reports.
- Support inventory management, supplies, and operational needs.
- Handle administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
- Implement management decisions and operational procedures.
- Step in for the Manager when required.
- Report operational issues and staff concerns to management.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and professional workplace.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
