Maintenance Supervisor / Expert

About the role

Capinta Consult Limited is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor/Expert to oversee daily facility operations at its Marina location. You will ensure that all equipment and premises are kept in good working order and that maintenance staff perform their duties efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of assigned maintenance staff.
• Monitor condition of facilities and equipment, reporting faults promptly.
• Carry out routine maintenance, basic repairs and respond to urgent issues.
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance tasks where qualified.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and overall facility conditions.
• Coordinate with management on major repairs and maintenance needs.
• Keep basic records of maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of duties.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in maintenance, facility management or a related supervisory role.
• Practical knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic equipment faults.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands‑on maintenance work.
• Honest, disciplined, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
