Web3 Growth and Partnership Manager (Intern)

About the role

SenseiFi is a DeFi security and intelligent finance platform that helps users manage digital assets safely and flexibly, combining AI, blockchain security and decentralized payments. It is hiring a full-time, remote Web3 Growth and Partnership Manager (Intern) to expand its presence in the DeFi and broader Web3 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential partners such as protocols, wallets, exchanges and communities, and support outreach to build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Assist in managing ongoing partner accounts, tracking performance and coordinating campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Prepare partnership proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to growth strategies and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive user acquisition and engagement.

Required profile

• Familiarity with DeFi, Web3 and crypto products, with interest in blockchain security and AI-driven finance solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to write concise proposals and reports.
• Relevant coursework or experience in business, finance, economics, marketing or technology is beneficial; previous internship or project experience in startups, fintech or crypto/Web3 is a plus.
