Social Media Manager

About the role

Jointearn Company Ltd. is looking for a serious, creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to grow its brand, promote its app, increase downloads and build a strong online community. The role covers running effective social media ads and helping the company reach its growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Plan, create and publish content that promotes the Jointearn app.
• Set up, run, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns on social platforms.
• Develop strategies to increase app downloads, registrations, engagement and retention.
• Identify and reach target audiences to attract new users.
• Monitor ad budgets and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Respond professionally to user comments, messages and enquiries.
• Research competitors, trends and new promotional opportunities.
• Work with the company's team on marketing strategies and maintain a consistent brand image.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Ability to develop effective marketing strategies that generate real results.
• Experience with content creation, copywriting and social media analytics.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision; willing to meet deadlines and give regular updates.
• Interest in app promotion, user acquisition and business growth.

Required skills

• Paid advertising, especially Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
• Audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Knowledge of advertising budgets.
