Marketing Executive

About the role

Leadway, a Nigerian non-banking financial services provider active in insurance, pension funds, health management, asset management and wills and trusts, is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive in Lagos. The role is hybrid, combining on-site and work-from-home arrangements, and supports prospecting, customer acquisition and retention across its business units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and monitor market trends.
• Contribute to marketing plans and coordinate online prospecting and presentation activities.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital and traditional marketing initiatives and ensure consistent use across channels.
• Help plan and execute prospecting, customer acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or insurance marketing is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Market planning and market research skills.
• Sales and marketing skills to align promotion with commercial objectives.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM systems, social media, email marketing and analytics tools is beneficial.
