Wealth Manager (Sales)

About the role

The Wealth Manager (Sales) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lagos. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding new micro‑entrepreneur clients, promoting the bank’s financial products, and managing a portfolio to drive asset growth and deposit mobilisation. It involves delivering high‑quality customer service throughout the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new micro‑entrepreneur clients.
• Promote the bank’s suite of savings and investment products to drive deposit mobilisation.
• Conduct client meetings, assess financial needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and execute sales plans, track performance against targets and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales, relationship management and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in basic financial analysis, needs assessment and product matching for microfinance solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Commitment to ethical selling practices and supporting economic growth of micro‑entrepreneurs.
