Water Line Injection Molding Technician – Full‑Time

About the role

The Water Line Injection Molding Technician will join Viju Industries’ production team in Kwali, Abuja, supporting the manufacturing of plastic components used in the company’s food and beverage packaging. The role is full‑time and requires hands‑on expertise with large injection molding equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, operate and monitor injection molding machines for PE, PET and PP materials.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on large molding machines to minimise downtime.
• Ensure product quality by checking cycle parameters and conducting visual inspections.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any equipment issues to the engineering team.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental standards throughout the work area.

Required profile

• Proven experience with injection molding processes, preferably with PE, PET and PP.
• Hands‑on maintenance background on large‑scale molding equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic literacy in reading technical drawings and machine manuals.
