About the role
The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for managing stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting order fulfilment in a fast‑moving cosmetics distribution environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming stock, conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Organise and store products safely, label items correctly and keep the warehouse clean and secure.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders, verify accuracy before dispatch and coordinate with sales and logistics teams.
- Maintain documentation of receipts, transfers, returns and dispatches, and generate regular warehouse reports.
- Safeguard inventory against loss or damage by controlling access and reporting security concerns.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse policies, safety guidelines and support internal and external audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role.
